Location: Hull / Hybrid

Are you ready to be a changemaker in performance marketing? If so, Summit has an exciting new opportunity for an Agency Partnership Manager to join us on a full-time hybrid basis in Hull.


As an Agency and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and growing strategic partnerships with agencies to drive revenue growth and achieve Productcaster’s business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop partnership initiatives. You’ll also be responsible for identifying and developing partnership opportunities that drive mutual growth, to further our Productcaster offering and improve conversion rate.


About the Role:

On a day-to-day basis as the Agency and Partnership Manager; you will be responsible for:


  • Own reporting and business analysis of current agency partnerships, using data to identify trends, opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cultivate relationships with current agency clients, through outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Research and identify potential agency partners, developing relationships via networking, outreach, and events.
  • Use social networks to build your personal brand and promote Productcaster to engage with new potential partners.
  • Conduct research to understand partner needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including client success, product development, and sales and marketing to execute partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Analyse market data and competitor strategies to identify potential partnership opportunities and differentiate Productcaster’s offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

You are asked to attend the office in Hull, Fruit Market 2 days per week, the rest of the week can be done from home. For the right candidate, we may also consider greater flexibility around office time.


Job requirements


About You

As our Agency and Partnership Manager, you’ll have extensive experience working with product feeds for retail clients, analysing performance and making strategic recommendations.


Key skills and knowledge include:

  • Experience in partnership management, business development or sales within performance marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and track-record of achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of Google Shopping, the CSS Programme and Feed Management software.
  • Highly organised, plans own and team work effectively, and can set priorities and manage resources.
  • A great presenter of ideas, sharing them in a clear and confident manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

On offer is a salary starting salary of £35000-£45000 per annum plus commission as well as a range of benefits including:
